It's hard to say whether the sore throat and sinusitis are less or more bearable than the onset of conjunctivitis. (Is there a more disgusting infection?)
Anyway, the upside has been that I have been largely confined to the house and had lots of time to draw and be creative (in a sniffly, sickly kind of way).
I have also been watching Northern Exposure and this has heightened my hankering for a trip to the wilds of Alaska.
